Argentum × SAVANT-AI
The Room · Monday, July 13, 2026 · Argentum AI Leadership Sprint

On Monday, July 13, twenty-one senior leaders took the room's first measurement. This page is the room in three lines: who you are, what you said, and where you are in the journey. The goal is to remember the people without burying them in the numbers.

July 13, 2026 · n = 21 individuals · n = 19 organizations · 10 remembered quotes · A working snapshot.

Center of gravity: Level 3 Adopting.

Most leaders in the room are Adopting — using AI weekly or daily, with measurable time savings on real work. A meaningful minority is Integrating or Mastering — designing around what AI can do and building tools others on the team now use. No one reported Level 1.

Center of gravity: Tier 3 Enabling.

Organizations cluster at Enabling — licenses exist, AI is used across departments, but training, documentation, governance, and measurement remain patchwork. The room is not starting from zero; it is starting from use.

Counts are descriptive, not predictive. The maturity instrument took ten minutes and was optional.

Attributions are best-effort, drawn from a live transcript captured during the workshop. Where a speaker's identity is clear from the recording, the quote is attributed. Where it is not, the quote is presented anonymously. Quotes have been lightly edited for readability while preserving the speaker's voice.

Possible

What the room said AI could become.

"I'm in finance, so if I'm doing any deep analysis, I have a skill — an FP&A skill. If I have to look at a financial model, I call it my Goldman Banker skill. I also have a McKinsey consultant agent, and an FP&A director agent. If I'm doing a deep analysis, I chain them all together into a super finance agent."

Salman

"My use case has revolved more around coding. When I'm building out applications, I have a skill for a business analyst, a skill for a tester, a skill for a coder, a skill for an architect, a skill for a UI designer. I daisy-chain all of that together to get a development team going. I'm not a developer."

Muhammad

"We are developing a prototype to use an agent to take the resident Life Story, and then a second agent for leadership use, to leverage that data."

Adriene

Profitable

What is already working.

"We want to create better efficiencies. We've implemented AI in CRM and some operational platforms — fall detection, for example. From a sales and marketing standpoint, we've been using AI for various functions, but not across all disciplines."

Sidarany

"As an organization, we're very progressive from a technology standpoint, so anything we can do to be prepared — count us in. Looking forward to learning more."

Lizzy

"I've done very little so far with creating agents. I'm trying to create a skill — helping my team get better at answering questions and priorities, thinking like an owner first, approaching things from an ROI perspective. If we don't start with the problem we're trying to solve, from a cost-impact perspective, we won't have that same ability to prioritize for the entire enterprise."

Judy

Safe

What worries the room.

"We want to and have begun embracing AI in day-to-day operations, but our biggest concern is HIPAA compliance. That's where we're at, working on a POS system now for General Store and Kitchen."

Derek

"I'd suggest you start to add some questions around data readiness — you can't get to the next level without data. How are you looking at your data? How are you governing it? That's where the complexity truly resides, at the enterprise level, not the productivity side."

Marco

"My company is a small organization, and I wear many hats. I need to understand it better before I can direct others on compliance and how to use it. Basically, I don't know what I don't know. I joined today to hear from a trustworthy source."

Melissa

"Using my meetings, emails, files, and chats, summarize the major initiatives I have been involved in over the last 12 months."

From the room

The three lines that describe the room.

This is who you are.

Twenty-one senior leaders across executive, technology, finance, operations, marketing, and people leadership.

This is what you said.

Agents, governance, compliance, data readiness, efficiency, resident experience, and measurable value.

This is where you are.

Individuals centered in Adopting. Organizations centered in Enabling. Real use is already underway.

For the record

Tools mentioned in the room today.

These are the working tools that came up during the conversation. None of them are required to begin. Most are available at free or low-cost tiers for individual experimentation before any organizational commitment.

The two indices remain open. They were built for this industry and they will keep evolving with this industry. If you have not yet taken them — or you want a colleague or your team to take them — the links are below. Pass them on.
